EXCELLENT Based on 164 reviews Posted on HeatherVerified Rodney and Anne’s place is always a peaceful and a great place to stay. High recommend!Posted on JohnVerified Great couple made us feel so welcomePosted on JustinVerified We spent two nights with Anne and Rodney on their farm. The property is large enough to be well secluded from the surrounding sub-divisions. It is quiet and separated from the main house so that you truly have your own space. The farm animals are charming and I strongly recommend taking them up on the offer of a farm tour if you have children or have never experienced a farm yourself. The patio and pool look like a wonderful place to spend time in warmer weather. It's only a few minutes drive from downtown Franklinton, NC, with its revitalized Main street. We will certainly stay here again, if the opportunity arises.Posted on AshlinVerified Book this stay!!! This was such a fantastic experience. Anne and Rodney are so kind, the space is perfect, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It didn’t just feel like an Airbnb, it felt like staying with family. Usually when I travel I am out and about doing things, this Airbnb made me want to stay in and relax. If you like animals, this is also a perfect stay. Anne and Rodney are so kind and love to share everything they know about their farm animals (including a tour!). The farm store they have is adorable, and we bought things not only for ourselves, but family back home. I grew up in the area and came back to visit, and ended up leaving with even more friends. Next time I come back to visit, I am staying here!Posted on LydiaVerified What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The animals were adorable and the gift shop was so cute. It was a great break from our day to day grind.Posted on SwathiVerified Sometimes life reminds us how simple and beautiful it can be, and our farm visit was one of those moments. Thank you, Anne and Rodney, for your warm hospitality and for creating such a special place to stay. The experience was exactly as we had hoped: a perfect blend of peaceful farm living and modern comforts. We loved spending time surrounded by nature while still having all the amenities we needed to relax and enjoy our stay.Everything was just as expected, if not better. Truly an awesome experience with wonderful hosts. We would absolutely love to visit again!Posted on CandyVerified Beautiful, peaceful, private farm with lavender, farm animals and a little gift shop. Lovely couple who gave us a tour of the farm animals and shared lots of information on each of the animals. Spacious unit above a garage that was well decorated and had everything you need. Will definitely recommend and would stay there again!Posted on ElaineVerified We had a wonderful stay with Anne and Rodney. We are repeat clients, so that should speak for itself. They go above and beyond to create a memorable experience (baked goods, fresh eggs, & snacks). The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. We will be back again.Posted on TaylorVerified I WILL be staying here again! The hosts were so lovely and the farm tour was the highlight of our stay. Anne was attentive, kind and I felt comfortable reaching out to her if I needed anything. The Airbnb was cozy, beautifully decorated and accommodating- they even provided fresh eggs from their chickens! I would recommend this stay to anyone!!Posted on JoseVerified This was our second time staying here, and we loved it once again! It's such a peaceful farm, and our daughter enjoyed feeding the goats and llamas in the morning.Make sure you visit their shop while you're there!
